  7. iv noticed in a lot of movies bike chains are used as weapons and them seem to have a kind of following with punks etc. so heres my question in a real fight would they be any use? and how would you use it? iv seen some ppl wrap it round there knuckles and punch (But surley that would hurt you just as much??) or use it as a flexiable bat is the only way i can describe it.lol thanks lots

  11. thanks yeah i think thats what its called iv been training in it for ages but i just dont seem to have the strength to throw myself up its really frustrating.

  17. ouch!i know what you mean about seeing yourself as a bit of a wimp (although im sure youre not lol) i gotta ask how were you trying to crack youre finger?lol i done that last week. funnily enough my bf says its scary but he plays rugby and got studded in the face last week and his face is all mashed lol.

  22. thanks for the replie. i understand now personally i do boxing karate and judo so i think i have a fairly ok punch on me,thats a great idea using combos to surprise your oppenant.i didnt really understand that thing about 1000 lb of force thats about equivalant to a bullet lol

  24. im having trouble being agressive in matches i just dont seem to be able to hit full force or really "go" at them,if that makes sense. any tips? thanks in advance

(secnairo 2)personally id go for the big guy first eye gouge him then kick him as hard as i could in the groin then rabbit punch him as he went down if the other guy still woudnt let me go id punch him in the jaw and knee him.then run like hell.thats assuming i dont have any wepons.so do you think it would work?
