  1. i dont sit behind a desk i usually walk allot, move around.... i live in the city.. so ya Allot of Walking i spend about 5 hours walking around each day so you think itll help? i mean 5 lbs isnt much but it feels heavy and im only 16
  2. i just got me a pair of ankle weights 5 lbs each and wrist weights 2.5 lbs each now when i got them i put them on and i just spent the whole day with them on.. it didnt hurt like some people say but my question is is it bad for you? i know puching/kicking and excersizing can cause injuries but my question is if i just wearn them in the morning and go along my usual day, while wearing them.. you know like drink water, walk...ect would it cause problems?
  3. yes.. thats why im doing i can see what you mean by its hard to really understand how i do it but i really have nothing to do really most of the time when im home
  4. i dont do MA.. kinda weird why im no this site ^^ and ill be back from school, and after school soccer at 4:15.. 4:30 i play tennis but doesnt mean every day and it only takes me about 3.5---4 hours i dont know if u can multiply or not.... 50 situps every 10 minutes 50x6 = 300 in an hour 300x3.33333= 100 so thats 3 hours and 3/10 of an hour and situps 20 every 10 min.. so 20x6= 120 an hour 120x3= 360 so thats not even 3 hours to get 300 do you think i do situps then pushups to make it 6 hours? i do them at the same time so its about 3.5--4 cause of the time spent doing the excersize so b4 and after school i have about 7-8 hours..... yes i do sleep.. yes i have a life
  5. actually i just did normal situps but now that you mentioned it ill try to vary different kinds of situps thanks
  6. i was thinking about that, but i really do nt like weight lifting... i might try it tho.. i always liked just using my own weight..
  7. well.. i started a daily program a while back tell me if its good or not too good.. and if im not doing right cause someone said too much would stop being benefitial anyway i started this specific workout about a week ago i do 1000 situps daily and 300 pushups.. throughout the while day i do 50 situps every 10 minutes and 20 pushups every 10 minutes till i reach each one..then i stop im not worried about cardio or upper body being stronger than lower caise i play soccer for my school so i run every day and do excersizes and drills for 2 hours every weekday and sometimes saturday with my team.. i also play tennis( for fun with my brother).. so my cardio is really good. but as for overloading.. idont think i am ive been doing pushups forever and ive built up to these amounts same for situps so i gradually got to 1000 and 300.. i started with 75 pushups and 200 situps and worked my way up over several months, so im not worried about overload but someone toldme that by doing situps and pushups that much its not beneficial cause its only make those muscles stronger andnot the surrounding muscles so i want your opinion on what i should do thanks
