i just got me a pair of ankle weights 5 lbs each and wrist weights 2.5 lbs each now when i got them i put them on and i just spent the whole day with them on.. it didnt hurt like some people say but my question is is it bad for you? i know puching/kicking and excersizing can cause injuries but my question is if i just wearn them in the morning and go along my usual day, while wearing them.. you know like drink water, walk...ect would it cause problems?
