Just a small poll

Anyone think that this is a good drill? Everyone gets in a circle and one person is in the middle. the people that formed the circle take turns attacking and the person in the middle makes up defensive moves. I learned this drill from Master Brooks Matsuda(TSD) I just want feedback in case I want to use it one day.

this art is very good depending on the teacher. i am a 7th gup and i know enough to become a 5th gup.

it is a requirement for each test until black belt in my class . i know a total of 18 and i've only gone up 3 ranks.

actually, my master has broken away.....sorta..... because he has very little relations with the federation he is in. He is only third dan because he did his forms one way and grandmaster(i think) ahpo wanted him to do it his way. he was a cho dan then ahpo stripped him of his rank and made him into an orange belt. he reworked his way up to third dan.

ill have to remember what association.........

My class is VERY strict. My teacher was in the military. So every time he gives us a command, we say, with clarity, "Yes, sir!"

I had a question about this form. On the first line, after the second lower block, is it a backfist or a hammer punch? I have to know. Some people told me hammer and others told me back fist.
