  1. Walker Texas Ranger is all we get and that is reruns!!
  2. In the Max he fought at 154.He's one of my favorite fighters. I watch alot of the Max. The big guys look sloppy compared to the small guys.
  3. Ong Bak was a great movie. Tony's moves and technique were awesome. It's even better that Tom Yum Goong, his second movie
  4. Kickboxing is just now getting more popular. Boxing has been here forever.
  5. Bob Sapp is someone I would love to fight. Leg kicks and close in knee's to the legs.. Hit and run as much as I can. That's what I would do. Don't know if it would work, but I would try!
  6. All the women I have ever trained, have strong legs and weak upper body strengh. This is probably the reason for the trend.
  7. If your opponent can't stand, he can't fight. Make sure you learn to leg check.
  8. I've trained and fought in boxing and kickboxing. Kickboxing burns a whole lot more calories and is a lot harder.
  9. E and K is right, the mechanic of just the round kick will keep you fustrated for at least 3 months with a coach or kru. Good luck on your search for a kru..

  12. The spin is usually rhe safest option. Make sure when you get back around to leg check and have your hands up. Whenever someone spins on me I try to have a right cross waiting on them when they get back around..
  13. That kid is awesome. He looked like he was having fun at the same time. I would rather have my kid training, rather than sitting in front of the T.V. playing a video game. That's why our countries obesity rate is through the roof.
