    hey guys im taking the grading test to go to 1st dan in shito ryu karate within 14 hrs. anyone got any tips on how to train for the grading? here are the requirement of the examination: Perform Kata: Bassai Dai Perform Kata: Bassai Dai Bunkai Perform Kata: Seienchin Perform Kata: Seienchin Bunkai Perform Kata: Seipai Do 50 pushups Break a piece of wood (width of 1.5cm) Compete In Sparring
