  4. theres those silver/blue ones that fit about 10-15 songs on them...excellent for jogging in (i do it myself) because yeah i had the same problem, my ipod was gettin all whack i got mine at kmart for like idk $20
  5. oh god i love lost...i love every little thing about it, but the only bad thing is its really repeatitive, like the unknown things and the things that just keep jumping up for no reason at all *it seems*...but, i love that too lol

Capoeira ? imma search a lil about that certain topic/style...idk if i wanna get into the circus stuff, because thats like mega super ultra giga balance (lol), but you havent done any of that? here, let me specify: -Arial => a sideways flip, instead of vertical its horizontal -Kick-Up => laying on ground on back...pump legs and use arms to pop self up quickly gracefully and efficiently (previously posted) -Front-Hand Plant => a frontflip but the hands touch ground and push self up (while front-flipping) -Back-Flip => (is this nessisary? lol...lmao did i even spell it right?) jumping backwards and landing on feet -flip off wall => just basically a backflip i understand ill eventaully get hurt, and i understand having a teacher is VERY nessisary...but im trying to make up for that, because this is a hobby to me not a career. (dont you get it!???! im sick of playing games! =D) im thinking of making it up by using friends, internet forums, internet videos, internet samples, ect. and im not just gonna look at it, im gonna study it...= / and btw, yeah there ARE a lot of places in New York that teach things like that, but like i said ^^ =D oh yeah, i think im healthy and in shape and fit and stuff...i just want as many resources and stuff like that uk what i mean?

The Purpose: hey guys! im new to the forums and karate and all...but im here for a couple of things: #1=>to get feedback for my pondering questions or uncertainties #2=>to give feedback fro others pondering quesions or uncertainties The Plan: well, i just signed up today for the site...so i guess ill help myself then help others, giving each other time also, i am going to give you as much info as i can...thats nessisary, without bragging The Body: okay, well guys im 5 10 and very athletic...i weigh 165 pounds, im really low body percent fat but i still have my strength in muscle, as in im chizzled (NOT LIKE BRUCE LEE! BRUCE LEE IS CHIZZLED TO CORE) but have a little "jacked"-effect. i play football, basketball, track, and i workout and "diet"...flexible-ness? ugh arnold being 0 and bruce lee being 10, id be about a...6.5-7 The Routine: run every day but sunday, workout full body everyday but sunday, dynamic and static stretches every day but sunday, diet (starve) everyday BUT NIGHTS(dinners only) AND SUNDAYS The Request: ive always been into martial arts fighting and all...from dbz, to games, to studying...i dont want to really get into the "arts" i just wanna learn a majority of things: -Kick-Up -Arial -Front-Hand Plant -Back-Flip -Flip Off a Wall ^I think its ACROBATICS, i think im really interested in it...ive been doing some searching on the site and yes i do realize most of these topics are probaly covered, but i want feedback specially designed for my body strucutre if you know what i mean. ive mastered the "Kick-Up" in 30 minutes, practice makes perfect... The Request: I want you to give me as much feedback and input as you possibly can, if anything/anyone can help me i know its you, and i will repay you somehow someway. -Is there a specific order i should "self-teach" myself these things? -Which is the hardest/easiest? -Which is the most deadly/puzzy? -If theres any previous posts you can think of to add info for me, can you state the link or quote the post? -Any video sites where I can see this performed? -What do i MENTALLY need? Closing: I just wanted to say, i am very determined to do this and btw i didnt know which section to put this under lol i guess it could be undre lots...but anyway, please and thanks in advance!
