I've been a Martial Arts aficionado since about age 12... That was six years ago.... Two years ago I was a third degree red in Tae Kwon Do... but since then I've moved from Okinawa, Japan, To Guam, to Florida, and all the local places here in FL offer a different style of Tae Kwon Do than I was taught, and now I have to start over.... I'm ok with that.. but I need help getting myself back in shape again... I need a martial arts/weight training/cardio workout plan (preferably Isometric or the like, because I'm quite broke due to college cost).... The only thing I've been doing is an occasional kick or two, and some 1-5 day a week 1-8 mile run/walks... I'm really unsure what to do.... I have a tri stretcher, and a punching bag, but the bag won't stay up for very long without falling down.... Any comments would be greatly appreciated.. I plan on starting Tae Kwon Do again in February or March.... If I find the right workout, I plan on doing it, in addition to taking classes..... and please forgive my grammar... almost 1.am right now
