  2. Do any of you think that chinese martial arts can be effective in the ufc or any other mma. If you do then which ones do you think would be the most effective?
  3. I think if you only did TKD then you would suck in mma matches, but Lukasz(the guys name) does a little more then just that but it his primary art. He is from Poland so he is a tough guy just like all us Polish people. lol
  4. i would take it out of the Olympics, punchs to head, and try to disband all those different organization like wtf and the others just make one. And some other stuff i would have to think bout.

  11. Hey i was just wondering what you guys thought about capoeira. Do any of you find it effective like the other martial arts, or do you think its just a flashy art?
  12. I have been around alot of fights and i have noticed the same thing, the two or more fighting just go all out dont even look where they punch most of the time. How would you deal with some one like that if they were always on you just puching away?

  14. I live in the sacramento area. ive been looking for a kyokushin school but i cant find any. I might take shotokan since there are some schools in the area.

  16. I agree with white tiger, flexibility is very important. Not only in tkd but in every martial arts you do.

  18. I dont think its effective on the ground it would suck if you were against a grappler or wrestler then your screwed.

  21. How does someone strengthen or harden almost every part of their body. I saw this one master who had some one hit him with this wooden pole and just break against his arm, leg, stomach etc. i heard that basically you just keep hitting yourself in the area you want to strength. Anyone know what to do?
  22. Looks great but is it effective, i dont think it is. I might be wrong depending if the person does more then one martial art then that flexiblity and what not might come in handy.
  23. With his size and speed he might win some fights at his peak, the only problem would be if he got thrown to the ground would he be able to get out of it with a 200 pound guy on you. Bruce might have a good chance but not as good as Mas Oyama.
  24. I also try to do them everyday, it dosent seem like im improving much its like im stuck at this one place and i cant seem to go down further. I can kick over my head but i cant do the splits, i dont know how that works but yea.
