  2. I have seen reverse sidekicks, round kicks and even hook kicks, but i havnt seen a good old side kick. From what i hear it is the most powerful kick, so why dont MMA fighters use it?

  4. im 17 and can bench about 225 like twice, leg press 810 plus the sled 5 to 6 times and deadlift 315 but i dont know if my form is right.

  10. So here the story, i wanted to take a few supplements all in one. You know so i dont have to keep mixing everything but that its already mixed. So i went on Trueprotein.com were you can make your own mix. My mix looked like this: Whey Protein concentrate 40% Hydrolyzed casein 10% Dextrose 5% Creatine Mono Powder 30% L-Arginine 5% L-Glutamine Powder 5% Flax Seed oil Powder 5% Plus some additive like vitamens and aminogen and minerals everything is fruit punch flavor So thats how it looks, come in one jug all mixed together. I just got it today and mixed one scoop with 10 ounces of water to test it out. It was the worst tast, i thought i was going to puke. So im just wondering if you guys would suggestions a better liquid i can mix it in. I heard that it might taste better in apple juice but just wondering if you know anything. Thanks.
  11. I dont think redline is really a sports drink. Redline is a fat burning supplement but can be takin in a ready to drink form.

  14. Well basically thats what i was saying in the opening post that it wouldnt be so effective and there was no run option.
  15. I know tha BJJ is really effective for a real fight, but thats against one person. How would jui jitsu do against multiple attackers. I am not saying 5 but 2 people or 3, then what. Its not like you can take all three down. But wait you can run away right? Well what if your trapped in, or they have you surrounded? Im just throwing out some random situations that might not ever occur, but what if they did. Would BJJ still be effective as most believe? So im just wondering what you guys think about it.
  16. I agree with the training, in my class most students get tired after the 25 jumping jacks. So you can imagine when we spar everyone is out of breath. I got a question about the weight lifting. When you do heavy weight with less reps, how many reps do you do? and how many sets? If you do heavy weight for low reps you gain strength, but what about muscle endurance?
  17. Does anyone know what kind of weight training bruce did. i want to get stronger but i dont want to get big muscles. I am already a bigger guy then most but not fat just athletic looking, and my body type is mesomorphic. Any advice would help, thanks.
  18. I was just wondering what did warriors, samurais, etc, do with their swords after battle. Wouldnt the blade have nicks and dents in it like all around the sword. They probably didnt throw it away so how did they get it back to shape?
  19. the video that was posted, that was the kid Richard Sandrak. Man that kid is soo buff for a 10 year old, even for a average person.
  20. I dont know how true this is but its said that Richard Sandrak the worlds strongest human being ( only being bout 10 years old) can throw 140 punches or 30 kicks in 15 seconds. How true do you guys think that is. Is it possible, if so how do you do that?

What do you guys think bout supplements, such as protein, creatine, no2 etc. do you think its an okay thing to use or is it bad for you. im 17 and was wondering if it is okay for me to use them. Most of you will say just eat good food and exercise, i do that but i dont get fast results and strength gains the way i would with supplements. so just making sure before i start using them.
