im considering starting to train for BJJ after my wrestling season is over, approxamtly how long does it take to advance and what exactly does it take?

alright, but no for the past year or so ive stay around this weight and find it fairly difficult to gain especially with practice 5 days a week.

Personally i doubt even if i did surpass the political aspect of it all, it would still fail because the students wouldent be dedicated to what they were involved in. All MA take a very large amount of dedication, but i feel it could work as a option instaid of the traditional PE, where a some sort of special martial arts PE would be held.

Im currently involved in highschool wrestling and i was woundering what kind of training/diets,ect other wreslers excerise off the mat to become better. I am fairly new to wrestling so im just looking for techniqes and drill to practice off the mat.

I have a big wrestling tournament in a week and i was woundering what you all think is the most effective way to cut weight. I am 135 lbs and hoping to cut to around 130-125 to make weight, im not shur the best techniques, what you guys think?

Im glad you realize your mistake but neverthe less you need to understand why people were giving you a hard time. The entire conflict was based on anger and from how you stated it, it appeared unessisary.
