  10. Hey, I do not have a treadmill and it is snowing,freezing, and icy outside so i cannot run outside. So is there any other way to lose weight rather quickly because i will be going to high school soon and if i go looking like this high school will not be a happy time for me. I do not have a driver's license and there are no nearby gyms So are their are excersises i can do that will make me lose unwanted weight? OH and also after puberty will you lose weight?

  12. no like i heard from ppl that they make you run and everything, i want to learn how to fight and self defence but first i want to get into shape lol. ya i got a bike and will start riding lol thannks!
