i cant wait to get my wavemaster back from ny where its been kept at a friends house since i moved to pa back on aug 1st. i will be good to go once i have the wavemaster back in my training arsenal. since moving to pa,i've done alotta bicycling and its been good for strengthening legs and cardio. i've kept up as always on my upper body strengthening and conditioning routine as well. i incorporate weights,bodyweight exercises and also,the total gym.its a good supplement to the other stuff. i workout at home by myself just fine.i dont need a gym.i save time and money by working out at home.no gym needed for this fella.

i have an old pair of adjustable db's. they're really good. i like 1 handed rows,seated db presses,curls,and farmer walks using the db's.

i cant wait to start using my wavemaster again. gonna pick it up from storage back in my former state of residence(NY). i just cant get motivated to practice the kicks without having a definite target to strike my kicks upon.

i remember back in the early 80's with the saurday afternoon kungfu movie of the week matinee feature.that opening title song was pretty cool.it was like,yeah,yeah,yeah,yeah,yeah,yeah ,yeah,yeah,yeah,yah,and then played this romantic ballad type music with the horn and stuff.that was on channel 5 in ny every saturday at 12 in the afternoon. then,usa network came out with usa's kung fu theatre and they'd have ancient buddhist and confucious manuscripts before going to commercial breaks. spike tv shows some good martial art flix,mostly with jackie chan,which is allright.they should show more of the other ones though,as well.some of my favorites from the past are......., the 36th chamber deadly shaolin longfist shaolin:the blood mission enter three dragons the leg fighters shaolin drunkards kung fu for sale kung fu zombie mafia vs ninja super dragons the big rascal the legend of bruce lee crippled fist daredevils the deadly life of a ninja the tatoo connection plus.taking it up a notch,stuff like ninja 3:the domination pray for death black mask china o'brien & pt2 rage of honor sword of heaven the challenge(aka-sword of the ninja) no retreat no surrender a dangerous place tc 2000 talons of the eagle all the bloodfist flix(10 of em i think.i have 7 of em) jackie chan flix(most of em) etc,etc,etc.not enuff time to rant away.
