Ok, im 17 years old to start this off. Ive been doing boxing for about 2 and a half years. Im 6'2, and 169 pounds. Im in quite good shape, strong arms, but my muscle mass is just not realy growing anymore. And i was wondering some good excersises to get that 6 pack. Anyway, just some advice on getting more muscle mass, cause id love to add on a few pounds of muscle, for when im on the beach, or whatever, u know. anyway, just asking for your advice guys. Thx Matt.
