  1. Never Bounce in a stretch Just hold and Relax!!!
  2. Stretching and Flexibility is Very important to a martial artist, None of my workouts start with out warming up and stretching, if your instructor continues in this manner i recommend you take 15 minutes or how ever mutch time you need before the class starts to warm your self up And stretch.
  3. I my self Train Everyday Total Body Workout`s If i aint working out im thinking of working out as Bruce lee Said `id rather OverTrain Than under Train` Train Hard man and keep at it
  4. Brown Belt But The belt does not mean a Thing
