i have broken my knuckle about a few months ago, and its starting to annoy me, is there any way (apart from drinking milk) that i can strenghten my bones in my hand
Im 16 weigh 130lbs, i go to the gym quite often, i want to increase the size and definition of my upper body mainly my arms and shoulders, can someone give me a rough plan of what to do or what to eat?
i had a fight recentley while i was very drunk and had broken the nuckle on my little finger on my right hand, ever since it has healed it still hurts my whole right hand when i punch things, is there a way i can make this annoying pain stop or to strenghthen my bones in my hands to make it hurt less?
