Hi Guys ,   I am a real fatass ( 95 kgs )   and trying to come down to about 75 kgs in 3 months ...now that's realistic ..no   .   Here what I am planning to do :   Day 1 , 3 , 5 :   Run five miles ; do push ups , crunches and stretch    Day 2 , 4 , 6 :   Run 1.5 miles and go majorly for weight trg ...shoulders , arms , belly ...the works    Drink lot of fluids and keep up with energy supplements    Day 7 : Complete and utter Rest .   Now Howzzat and will report the progress    Atul
