i dont think we should go all tht stuff to him. yeh life in max prison but have u thought tht up untill a couple of months b4 the attack he woz a FREEDOM fighter. jst think when does a freedom fighter become a terrorist? the guy woz jst trying to make a change. ok its not the way we would have done. this is jst my opinion ok.

im a yellow belt in jiu jitsu. ive only been goin for a couple of months though.

thats bad.but atleast they found him out and hes gettin punished.

why dont noses bleed when hit.......because they dont hit hard enough now what you should do is plant an elbow in there. then it will bleed and probably brake. elbows are always go to use in street fights.

well if you must know the weather is hot and sunny which is very strange coz it usually dull and rainy

i think it depends on what you do. if you do grappling then i dont think you need shoes. if your doing other things like TKD then i think shoes could be a good idea.

i agree u arnt a newbie when you can teach things to newer people. i also think you arnt a newbie when you kno the basics know what your talking about.

i do small circle jiu jitsu. our sensei is master leon jay . his dad invented it. hes very cool. small circle is very good. using not much force to make alot of pain.
