  1. Dont go there with the attitude "if i show up i win" go there with the attitude i will win. have confidence not with "good sportsmanship" im not sayin dont have good sportsmanship im sayin try ur best to win dont have that attitude "if i show up i win" cuz if it aignt first place u didnt win
  2. your using spacers, to me thats not impressive at all. Take all the spacers out then see how many u can break.
  3. I beleive that dating in the dojang is ok as long as u keep that relationship out of the dojang. While in there you are just students.
  4. breathing and hip movement are internal that means u cant see it happeneing but it is
  5. i disagree u can punch all day long but without proper breathing and hip movement the attak is useless
  6. gatorade makes u have to use the restroom more often which depleats ur hydration/sodium(i think) level so in any situation definetly water, even though gatorade does replace carbs
  7. No hip movent is considered internal, at least in SBD i dont know about TKD
  8. Whats more important to you in traning spiritual/internal (or internal things ie breathing and hip movement) Physical, or mental asspects. I think its Spiritual, Since in SBD hip movement is key to powrer
  9. do yall use spacers cuz if so 2ft worth of bricks isnt emmpresive
  10. In SBD we practice both what do other styles practice?
  11. the soo bahk do 60th aniversity is comming up anyone goin?
  12. As far out as it sounds ninjitsu is what the ninjas used. Today i think in tradition ninjitsu schools there taught about the same way. And i know many of the techniques rervolve around one hit one kill. i hope that helps.
