  1. you will not lose intelligence lol, but ive heard of fighters having temporary amnesia after being severly hit, and if your fighting competitively thier is no way to protect yourself except to learn to bob and weave, parry, block. and so on
  2. why, may i ask, does it have to be twins? twins will be expensive no matter where you shop. id look into a different brand. same quality, for a lower price. but this is where i buy some of my stuff from, https://www.muaythaistuff.com
  3. lol bro, k-1 videos are very hard to get ahold of, for now you might, MIGHT, find a short clip on the k-1 forums. http://www.k-1usa.net/forum
  4. Do your splits, but when u do them go down as much as you can (BUT DONT HURT YOURSELF!), and hold it for about 30 seconds, and do that then take maybe a lil 10 sec break and go back down, do that maybe 4-5 times. thats what ive done and i dont have full splits but im pretty darn close
  5. yeah i think that would be very, very effective not only in the ring, but in the street as well
  6. bob bags are awesome i have a hanging bob
  7. Tao Of Jeet Kune Do Muay Thai - A warriors Path
  8. Tao Of Jeet Kune Do Muay Thai - A warriors Path
  9. id say for the average untrained person, ground and pound, but with trained fighters, i dont know the tables could turned
  10. A roundhouse would be just as effective as a front kick, but like said before it would require more accuracy, but with anough force both would be devestating
