  4. we sometimes use music during trainings in the club (mostly the physical trainings, not sparring etc), and that goes from metal, nu-metal etc to sometimes even traditional chinese music .. bands like : disturbed, prodigy, rage against the machine etc really pump you up, ..
  5. just taking a few stept back will have the same effect as a flip, and will keep your ballance

  11. didn't change me at all, though i most probably would react different when i would be the victim of any kind of attack, .. if the opponent would be my size , i'd prolly resist , when i would also be running before i started doing MA

  13. i'm really into music too, i 'm the drummer of a rockband ( https://www.charlenedice.be - it's in dutch though ) , and i play in a few orchestra's (sax, clarinet, piano), .. and i totally love going to gigs of known and not so wellknown bands, just to brighten my musical horizons .. i'm also into the pc - stuff, i'm also studying that
  14. lo lads, i'm totally new to this forum , and quite new to MA too. i am 19y old, living in belgium and practicing traditional wushu (baji quan / tantui / sanda) in a local school since half a year now. i noticed that quite a load of interesting and skillful guys reply on the huge amount of questions and remarks, i'll really enjoy reading all this and i'll try to learn as much as i can, .. cya guys around sometimes btn
