Orange Belt (3/10)

  1. Hey Blade, your coach seems pretty strict. You can't increase your bench every two weeks forever. Eventually your progress will get slower. If it didn't, there would be people benching thousands of pounds.
  2. By the way Radok, 155-160 is really impressive for a 14 year old. I didn't start lifting till I was 16.
  3. I bench press about 240 but I'm constantly working out and getting stronger. Hopefully in 1 1/2 years I'll be at 300.
  4. It seems you all are a little divided, which is to be expected. I was just curious as to how we appear to the rest of the world. Thanks for the responses!
  5. you might wanna try thr internet. That's what I've been doing in trying to find a new school.
  6. I'm a Virgo but I think it's alot of junk!
  7. I ncluded my involvement and awards I earned in MA on my application. However, I have no idea what the bearing was if any on that school's decision. But I did get in. Just don't take golf, do MA, like you already said, you hate golf. Why spend so much time in an extracurricular activity if you hate it?
  8. next week I'm gonna try and get a picture of me up here!
  9. Cereal has alot of carbs. Beside you should be eating more vegstables, fruits and also meats and other foods with high protein content. As far as exercise goes, I would start lifting weights and also go running for a few miles.
  10. Blade13, Hey man you're welcome in So Cal. I've only been in Georgia briefly but I can pretty much garauntee you'll have more fun here. Just apply to San Diego State University.
  11. That's a very good point. People should warm up before class.
  12. That's a very good point. People should warm up before class.
  13. Yeah I'm not nearly that big but I know what you mean. I'm 205 and bench about 240. I can do alot more on lat pull downs then alot people even though others may have an easier time doing pull-ups. However I usually do chin-ups of which I can usually do between 8 and 10.
  14. Just so long as you realize that rednecks are a minority in America. I live in southern California. No rednecks here!
