  1. 1. saw the movie with a bunch of friends over the weekend 2. well i would have chose the darkside but i would try to act like was in the light side, except i would kill people that were bad and people that p*** me off. only thing keeping me in the dark side >-) 3. i would get 2 saber spears like darth maul that can also be turned single. so i would have 3 weapons in 2. single, dual, and the spear colors would be red 4. favorite sith is darth maul, favorite jedi is yoda. overall. i like darth maul
  2. Funniest fight - 4 way drunken boxing. No seriously! they're all drunk!!! if you can't see it just go to subfighter.com and look for 4-Man Drunken Battle Royal Match http://www.subfighter.com/modules/Digital_Goods/images/movierun.png
  3. like i said. any fight with yoda in it
  4. I only said "depending on the flip you do" by the way. you know any good capoeira dojos in vegas? i'm thinking of doing that type fighting style. It looks enlightening
  5. welll... i used to be in the track team... if you can, go find a track coach that knows proper excercises for long jumpers. He should be able to tell you what excercise you can do to make your vertical higher.
  6. i know i'm alittle late in this thread since it was posted in may 1st, but if anyone else is using protien shakes, it would be helpful if you took multi-vitamins with it
  7. Proper way to wrap your hands http://www.ringside.com/store/hw_howto.asp ^ hope this is informative enough for you have fun
  8. fliping in a fight? try it while sparring against one of your friends. you'll notice that it takes alot more energy out of you then just simply moving into a diffrent position heres another thing, depending on the flip you do you lose site of your opponent just for a little bit. if he moved in a diffrent area while your flipping around he can catch you of guard. ohh and i should mention that if you do a flip in a fight you can injure yourself if you do the flip wrong. i say its a major hazard unless someone can prove me otherwise
  9. i just had to get in this. heavy bag, hand grips, 40 lbs dumbell 50 lbs dumbell 2 - 10lbs wrist wieghts kali sticks jump rope 14 ounce boxing gloves - soon getting 16's or 18's if i can find any staff and bouncy balls for relfex's display - sword and knife yeah i know its not much to be proud of. i just felt like naming the stuff i have. i usualy work out at the gym though, gonna start to work out in a boxing gym soon
  10. okay see wu got it. Nice! hey some people just like showing off. for some reason that still anoys me
  11. sorry guys, but the general grievous fight was weak. thats just my opinion. i say the best fight scenes were with obi vs ani and also any fight scene that had yoda in it.
  12. okay... for all you liers out there. if you get anything under .2 what does it realy say. it tells you the response time. then it says something else. anything above .299 says keep practicing. anything between .299 and .2 says could be better... now what does anything under .2 realy say?
  13. woops same mistake as the first dude. .265 could be better... ^ yeahh ment to put that
  14. yeah scratch what i said. yeah so i checked the site and yeah i guess its legit. couldn't say much for the videos. have more people check in to it just to make sure
  15. yeah... it would be stupid to bring a knife to a gun fight ohhh joy
  16. well... i carry pepper spray for multiple opponents. and sometimes a butterfly knife just for show. but the only thing i walk around with is the pepper spray. i hardly do it anymore though
  17. my friend paid 74$ twice a week at Karate USA. I think i paid around 40$ once a week at the same dojo. to me evrything was all basic. reason i went was because it was a good place to spar against people plus they had equipment for training. pads, heavy bag and all that. why don't you just do house training if you already know the basic kicks and punches. That and get friend to go sparring with you once a week.
  18. heres something i got from one of bruce lees books. its called "the art of expressing the human body". in the book, one of the excercises demands that while working out with weights you must keep your heart rate high and at the same level through out your entire workout session. this means less rest breaks. its a killer the first time you do it but you get used to it. it should help out with your stamina
  19. i'd rather have the dojo's go with the traditional colors. For one, its less of a distraction to the other students. second, i wouldn't want to make the dojo into a fashion show. the dojo is a place of learning
  20. hacky sacks? wow i thought i was the only one that used it as a warm up and an excerise tool 2 thumbs up for hacky sack users.
  21. ohh i see. so michael jordan isn't even on the list. wow... but yeah i'll agree Ali is one of my most important athletes
  22. wow! evryone has quick mouse clicking abilities! well okay. this reflex thing. yeah i guess. When sparring, just don't get use to clicking the mouse just because you might end up clicking the mouse instead of blocking. thats if your stupid 2.65 could be better...
  23. this topic? shouldn't it have died a long time ago? its been posted since january. hmmm... well... what the heck. for one. i wouldn't be doing anything fancy if my opponents swinging like a mad man. second. yeah i would be laughing third. i'd give him a good clean side kick to the face. if you kicked him i'm pretty sure his arms wont be long enough to hit you.
