I have seen other threaads like this. But i would like one for me personally. Ok well, im 14. I have done gymnastics since i was 3. I quit about 5 months ago. I do soccer basketball gymnastics lacrosse, martial arts of coarse. And i have been out of the physical work out for a while. Right now i am in the running season of lacrosse. So all i do is run. But i need a good routine to get into for physical work outs. I have also quit martial arts for a while, for the lack of time. My appendix ruptured about 6 or 7 months ago, and thats mostly why i quit that. I havent had time to sign back up which i am in a week here or so. I would still like a good weekly work out routine.
