  1. Some excercies that work good are leg raises and planking. Planking is when you hold your body up as you are supporting yourself on your forearms and toes, legs are stretched out in a push-up position. I hope i explained that well. U can do your obliques by doing the same thing except with one arm as you lean on one side. Do both as long as you can, a couple of sets.
  2. Any town near Unity, for example waterville.
  3. I will be starting college in Maine next year (Unity College) and i am looking for a dojo (preferable GOJU) to train at. I train at a goju dojo near where i live in NH currently. If you know of any near Unity Maine, or know where i could find out (i did look in yellow pages) Please let me know. Thank you, -Ephrem-
