For me it depends like if im doing cardio or kickboxing deff rock or techno(due to fast upbeat) weightlifting rock (gets you pumped lol) during class usually non not unless were sparring or forms then we mix it up (ne thing to help u get use 2 the noise cause in a self defense situation you never know what might be going on in the environment.) but when i train at home its rock rap techno everything lol
  2. Deff I always do cardio first only because it seems like it helps you strain alot harder while weight lifting and I wanna get it out the way first you know.

  4. I like that one sounds like it could be useful for condition I do something like that with my little brother I let him punch me as hard as he can in my stomache while I tense it really fun lol
