For me it depends like if im doing cardio or kickboxing deff rock or techno(due to fast upbeat) weightlifting rock (gets you pumped lol) during class usually non not unless were sparring or forms then we mix it up (ne thing to help u get use 2 the noise cause in a self defense situation you never know what might be going on in the environment.) but when i train at home its rock rap techno everything lol
