    Shaolin Kempo (Villari's version and Castro's version) <--- what I take, I have taken from 3 of his highest ranked students and him personally. If you dont live in his area try to find one of his students they are all very well trained.

    Well, When I was in ROTC for school I ran 1 mile in 4:40 that was one of my best I could do a mile in a half in prob 7:30-45
