  1. Hey all im 16 5.9 and 125lbs and i want to take a muscle volumizer / weight gainer any suggestions- right now what i intend to get is NOX-GC3 from Xyience. All help will be greatly apreciated.

  3. not completley, he has us repeat a code of respect but he only had us do that once in 2 months. for ex. last tkd class excluding all the drills, we did about 300-350 pushups 250-300 situps 300 jumpingjacks 250 speedpunches.
  4. Hi all. Im new to karateforums and also new to TKD, I started tkd about 2 months ago and attend classes 3-4 times a week for one hour. The question i want to ask all you expereinced fighters is... My master mainly for at least 40 mins of the class works our conditioning and has us to kicking drills over and over ..... but he still hasnt taught me the proper way to kick and i find my self often hurting my groin, should i ask him to teach me or just stick with it.
