  1. from the 2 pairs of chux i have the distance from the top of the chuck is 3cm, and from hole 1 to hole 2 is 3 cm.good luck with nunchaku making. be sure you make the knot tight, last pair i had, one of the chux went flying loose and obliviated a mirror, lucky i didnt get hurt...
  2. hey all sorry bout that but use have got it all wrong, this is how it happened, i fell off i a golf buggy and my leg got caught, and i got dragged a long which caused me legs to stretch to the point where i felt a clik.and that happend about 3months ago, the other day when i went for a jog, i felt the clik again and it hurt like hell!!!!!
  3. well this is how it goes, we just have shorin-ryu karate do training on tue,wed,thur,friday, and we do matayoshi kobudo (kenuykan) on sundays, the same sensei teaches, but we just really mix them together in lessons sometimes, but we either grade karate, kobudo or both, 1 grading is'nt for both styles.. hope i just didnt confuse u...lol nardi
  4. hey all, i have been doing shorin-ryu kennyukan for a bout 1 1/2 years now and just recently i have pulled a muscel in the top of my hamstring just under my waist(under my * cheek), and ever since then i have never been able to kick as high . Does anyone have any tips on stretching it, besides leg raises (do 100 each leg every day). and i have never been able to stretch my legs apart very well, like doing the splits, how can i stretch that to slowly get them muscels flexible?? nardi
