  1. nice topic!! i think music will affect my fighting mood. when i listen to classical music(romantic period) will end up with too tired for sparring, but for heavy mental music, my sparring will be quite aggresive, music really works on me
  2. nice, i learn a bit of push hand before, it is pretty fun to play, what i believe is the most important training is "need a training partner", i am still looking for a training partner currently i am doing judo currently and i think my push hand technique maybe will involve some judo throws techniques :S
  3. thanks for the comments! for my own excuse of keep on training is martial art has become part of my life. without martial art is living without life for me. i will answer my friend properly with good answer this time if my friend ask the same question again. Osu!!
  4. one of my friend asked me a silly question but i feel i cant answer the question at all, could anyone give some comment here? the comments are highly appreciated "why learning martial arts? a bullet can take away the life within seconds" this is the question he asked and i have no idea how to answer at all.
  5. i think what u want should be korean kick boxing or taekkyon?
  6. hi, could i know any taekwondo people in Adelaide? i have found the ITF taekwondo dojang information in adelaide but it is too far from where i stay, i stay in Grote Street. thanks
  7. if doing one inch board breaking, u prefer using palm or fist?
  8. thanks a lot, i realise that my waist and chest is tired after doing single hand push up, but my hand dont have the tired feeling, i think i should do more both hand push up again, thanks a lot
  9. yeah, the strecthing is hurt, ouch, i feel like my bones is going to dislocate sometime, haha!!
  10. if i train push up with single band means i dont need to practise double hand push up anymore?
  11. yeah, i think u get it, do u use that kick often in sparring?
  12. the twisting kick is the opposite of roundhouse kick, curve up your leg and kick it outsite, i think sine wave is just one of the tkd technique, some organization use it but some dont.
  13. in my opinion, i will choose the first one, i think the regulation of the art is we train that "things" until it doesnt exist, 2 seperate things has become a thing. i think sine-wave is a good technique, it helps to create the impact in a small distance, there is some similar part if comparing with the taichi, even in the traditional chinese kungfu, we do the opposite way before we are going to a direction. that is what i think.
  14. I suppose it depends how you do it. I've seen examples where people have over-exaggerated it way to much, they just bob up and down constantly. However, I have seen other people perform using sine wave and it look completely natural. thats a nice one that does use sine wave this one exaggerates it a little more but its still ok I guess. the canadian do the Moon-Moo very well, i love this pattern~~~~~~~
