The best thing to do when strengthing any boney part of the body (such as forearms, fists, shins, etc.) is to break down the bones by rubing then with somthing hard or hitting them on or with somnthing hard.

What do you guys think of this idea. I was thinking of talking to my sifu about this. When we spar i think it would be more effective to spar with street clothes on. What do you guys think? Do any of you guys do this at your school?

One fight i was in the oppenet was wildly swinging and i let him come to me and i took a few hits to the face but grabed his head and kneed him in the chest then head and armed him (type of throw) and got on top of him put my leg behind his head and choked him (some BJJ thing dont know the name) and hit him in the face a couple of times then choked him a little longer then got off. Note: note as clean as it sounds edit* HAHAHAHA sorry, was in a rush.

probably already posted but w.e and i also want to say what it means beacause it gets misunderstood somtimes "use no way as way and no limitation as a limtiation." -Bruce Lee It means find your best way to learn and do things and there is no limit to it. People misunderstand it as what ever i do i right and i can do it as much as i want. "Then as it was then again it will be." Ten years gone by LED ZEPPLIN!
