  1. wont that hurt? You dont have to use the ankle wieghts. But the ankle weights i use are only like a pound. but it is on hell of a stretch.
  2. I am 15yrs old 5'8 135lbs. I train Vale Tudo 2 days a week BJJ one day a week and Muay Thai one day. I also wreslte during wreslting season. Everyday I do push ups, sit ups, and some plyometrics. Is there anywhere that i can find help with a good diet online? or can anyone help me?
  3. I do Gi-Less BJJ and say you are going to choke with your forearm on his throught grab is shoulder with the hand you are choking him with. And alot of moves in gi-less usually require both hands and one hand is usually grabbing your other hand.
  4. there are some pretty good blind grapplers and wrestlers.
  5. Get some ankle weights (put them on ) lay on your back while you have your butt against a wall and put your legs up like you are doing the splits and just let it stretch.
  6. Just basic punching combos, clinch, maby a round house, a throw then mount and ground and pound.
  7. Just dont use it indoors most likely like a cane and umbrella has a point on it so there is a added bonus.
  8. Its easy to say all that stuff about not fighting. But when the time comes it somtimes may be the right choice. Im not saying in this case it was the best thing to do. It just gets really anoying when people say all that stuff about not fighting and all that. answer this. If you fight a bully and win, are they goin to mess with you?? een if you dont win i highly highly doubt they will come backa second time. Yes, you will have to live with getting beat up but the bully will move on.
  9. I think i bruised my heel or achlies. The pain goes from the bottome of my heel to the middle of my achlies. It hurts really really bad what should i do?? I have iced for a week. crutchs?
  10. I have done two aswell thats it. But i didnt have to train for mine i just tried it . How would you train for it to do more?? Just repeat as much as you can do?

  13. 4 and 5 yrs old soccer 5-12 Base ball 5th 6th 7th and 8th grade football (full contact) 9th grade Wrestling I have also been Skatboarding, Wakeboarding, dirt biking, BMX, and sking for awhile.

  15. All the sport means is for example in sport BJJ if you have someone in a gullitine they cant twist your fingers unlike on the street were they can do what ever they want but to answer your question yes BJJ or sport BJJ is very usefull.
  16. Throw a spinning back fist then after awhile throw another one but on this one fake it but make sure to sell it hopefully by reaction the would put there hands to the other side of their face and throw a nice round house to the side of the head.

  18. Would that kick be a front kick?? What about for a round house? I have ankle weihts. But i heard those could injure you. I think they are 2.5lbs ot 3lbs.

  21. Will the flax seed oil (since it is 1/3 oil) give me more problems with zits??
