Yeah like mattyj says, i dont think that was a top notch muay thai fighter I've fought some muay thai guys and lemme tell you they were ALOT better that that guy! And i think the TKD guy is just asking to get hit in the head with his hands THAT low.I do WTF and i never, ever keep my hands down.It's just common sense

Just got back from first TKD class in a year.....OMG all aboard the pain train!!!! Feels like my legs are dead! Good to be back
