Hello all. Well this is sort of odd. I'm new to the forum. But not really. I've basicaly been readin teh forum for ags and jsut never bothered registering. I think it's time. Anywho. As my first post I was wondering if anyone here has any tips to keeping up handstands. I can get up and even walk around for a while, but I have a hard time staying still and holding the handstand more than 4 or 5 seconds. When I'm moving i can usually walk for 7 or 8 meters before I fall, but I'd like to increase that too. It sounds like a strange thing to learn, but I want to be able to expand my co-ordination and abilities, for the satisfaction, and for the possibilities for exercises. Oh and I find it fun too. Haha. After this I'm going to try to learn backflips
