Thanks for your inputs.. Yeah pretty much my leg is good enough now where I don't limp anymore when I walk, but I won't be training for a while until I feel confident that I can stress the muscles again.. About my knee, it's really the only place left where there's pain. I feel it mostly around my knee cap on the outside and the inside. The pain is not nearly as bad as it was, so I'm assuming it will slowly continue to get better. It sure is taking along time though.. I wish I had health insurance.. =( Also, it 's the most sore when I move my leg after a long rest period. (after sleeping, watching a movie etc.) As if the blood circulation has something to do with it?
