Orange Belt

Orange Belt (3/10)

  1. The second one is the best. The actors in it are better than in 3 or 1
  2. I play Mortal Kombat on PS2. Its great because of the cool combos. And it beats Tekken easily, cause i dont like Tekkens throws that take almost 50% of the health.
  3. Knights used big swords that take a lot of power and are not that quick. And Katana again is VERY sharp, light and fast. Katana is a better weapon, and Japanese Samurais were trained a lot better.
  4. You are lucky that there is not that much floodin in your are. Im just glad that i live in finland.
  5. It might work against a right handed opponent, who has not a lot of experience against a left handed... Thats the only thing i can think of. Atleast theres always a little benefit.
  6. Whats your tightest match? Mine was a match that ended 11-12. I won it by 1 point. It was in a open finnish junior championships. And first round. After the ''halftime'' i led by 6-1, but after that the bigger opponent went all crazy! because i had a yellow belt and he had a green belt. And before the match i herd him talking to his friends and laughing that he was matching against a yellow belter. On the second half i got 6 points again, mostly from throws, at one point he got a hon-gesa-katame, but i was lucky to get out of it. And at one point he was hanging from my back i dont know why, and when he was hanging on my back, i jumped on my back and he was crushed ! I got the three points from it, that you usually get from a perfect throw. And that kinda saved me. Happily i won, but only with 1 point. Was a good match indeed
  7. I have done Karate And Jujutsu at the same time. Both were on the same club. The club tought that karate makes a good influence on Jujutsu. I dunno if thats true. But the technicues are almost the same. And the more you practice the better you get!
  8. Yeah... Grapplers guest sounds fun but dont know anything about it.
  9. SO, what's your favourite band, my is Iron Maiden. Or The Offspring, both are very good. And Children Of Bodom is one of my favourites aswell.
  10. Thats a really tough situation there. I have also fought against a sweaty opponent and it is DAMN difficult. I dont really know the answer... But i have won the matches against sweaty opponents though. It was simply because they were bigger and i just kept my self away from them as much as i could, and when they were exhausted i used a lock.
  11. My first tap out was juji gatame. Theres one strange thing about locks, if you concentrate on trying a lock and winning the match with it, you are propably going to lose the match. You most propably will have one or two chances for a lock in a match. You just have to use them at a big percent.
  12. I think its safe for a 6 year old... In my jujutsu group there were many 6 year olds, and they did just fine.
  13. Mazerati, but i think it is spelled Maserati
  14. I think sparring is easier. Because its easier to practice on your free time. To practice Kata you need a professional sensei.
