Thanks anyway but i already had my speech on monday, no worries though because i think i passed. i was the only person doing it about martial arts and everyone was intrigued by the fact that no one knows anything about martial arts.

but the foam ones are enough to do some damage but not enough, thats excatly why im trying to get metal ones. the part of essex i live in i think was voted one of the most dangerous places in the uk.
