Yellow Belt

Yellow Belt (2/10)

  1. I cant wait! Im gonna go out on a limb and pick the main fights this time. -Tim Sylvia vs. Randy Couture If it goes the distance Sylvia otherwise Randy by ref stoppage -Matt Hughes vs. Chris Lytle Hughes all the way, by a rd2 g 'n' p -Rich Franklin vs. Jason MacDonald MacDonald 1rd arm bar -Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs. Jason Lambert Babalu, by some kind of submission -Martin Kampmann vs. Drew McFedries Not familiar with these fighters so not going to bother Oh and I hope we get to see Matt Hamills fight in the PPV
  2. I don't know if you can use the parts argument. You can buy parts to make many different bombs but those things are not illegal! But still it seems silly to ban nun chucks when you can buy guns and other weapons
  3. Two man enter, one man leave!
  4. Thats fine, there is also an up and comer in England called Zelg Galesic he does TKD as well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ce30XajgqiI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ce30XajgqiI He is the current Cage Rage middleweight champion I believe. He won it off Mark Weir another TKD fighter who also fought in a UFC (not sure which one)
  5. There are a couple I think, correct me if I am wrong but I think that these guys do: Stephen Bonnar (not that hes doing very well at the moment!) David Louisea (not sure how to spell the last name, although I think he no longer has a contract with the UFC) Im fairly sure GSP has done TKD in the past
  6. I know that one, I have a really heavy clutch and boy do I feel it good sometimes after training
  7. My Judo instructor is 50 and we recently had a 58 year old come train with us they are 5th and 4th dan and have been doing judo for many years and could throw and submit any of us youngins!
  8. Im interested as I really like the elliptical, but I recently got a fitness plan made up by the gym I joined and they put the rower and bike on it.
  9. What does everyone reckon the best gym cardio machine is for MA, if you could only choose one?
  10. I wouldnt write Judo off just because you are small, im only 170cm (5'6") and I find it quite effective. Helps to get below others centre of gravity
  11. Yeh I would have thought for a black belt grading it would be at least a couple of hours
  12. I forgot to mention that yes we do need to know all the taeguk forms as well, used to be you had to know palgwae 1+2 as well but thats been phased out now, its a pity as a few of the palgwaes are quite good
  13. Should hopefully be going for my 1st Dan WTF TKD at the end of the year so if that happens that would make me 23
  14. Its gotta be OS X, unfortunately have to use windows at work
  15. In my organisation we have to do Koryo for first to second dan, Keumgang for second to third, Taebaek for third to fourth, Pyongwon for fourth to fifth, Sipjin and Jitae for fifth to sixth, Cheonkwon for sixth to seventh, Hansoo for seventh to eighth and Ilyo for eighth to ninth. I havent had to learn any of these yet though! Just what i found out from a website
