I've found that a great help to my training his been filming sparring matches.I have alot of friends who train and we have get togethers and film backyard sparring,grappling,bag work or whatever someone suggest.Alot of times it's on the weekend and we have little tourney's and stuff.Sometimes the weekend events are done while we have a few drinks.I don't suggest this but it is very fun,just becareful.It sound pretty stupid,but nobodies been injuried so far(other than a bloody lip,or blackeye)and we've been doing it for about eight years now.There's even been times when we've invited our instructors,they usually have a good laugh.

I've had so many debates with friends about this subject.What do you guys think? Example:Kano(founder of judo)vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson...just an example.Feel free to discuss any match up that you think would be interesting.It seems that Bruce always gets thrown in there somewhere,so Bruce vs Lu Bu.j/k but you get the point.This topic could even be stretched farther to dream matches.But,seriously I think alot of the masters of the past would have problems with today's Pride Champs.This would be without weapons ofcourse. Okay for my dream match... Bruce Lee vs Wanderli Silva(yeah I know it's not true to the thread's title,but that would be a crazy battle).

They're starting to raise the bar in these types of events.Most of the new UFC's are pretty good,the sport is evolving quite nicely.But, PRIDE is by for my favorite MMA event,probably the best on the planet.

If she's one of the great ones never let her go.I made that mistake about five years ago...it still bothers me.I've had plenty of good girls since then,but none have put me above the clouds like the one I let slip through my fingers.

Mostly underground hip-hop,and rap,but I also like some hard,and southern rock. To any of you who like hip-hop checkout a guy named Atmosphere.He's been my favorite ever since I heard him the first time...The total package.

Not that I know of,I haven't.But, I just thought of my new project when I reread it...Hoocherade.That can't go wrong,but the way we make hooch nobody would even know the difference.

Gatorade surprise... I'm well known for my "exotic" drinks at the dojo.We were training one night and my girlfriend to took a drink outta my water bottle.She was like wow what the heck is this?Well I told them my secret recipe,now there's always gatorade tubs visible in the back room.What you do is buy a couple tubs of the powdered gatorade(multiple flavors).Then mix and match how ever you like,plus you can make it alot stronger.It's cheaper then buying the bottles as well. for party purposes... Car Bombs,Crown and Coke,LIT's,or just a plain old pitcher will do just fine.But the best party drink ever... Homemade Hooch with lots of fruit in the bottom

Ladies Lindsey Lohan-she's not the hottest out there,but right now she's definitely on my radar.Jessica Alba,Brittany Murphy,and Hilary Duff are so freakin' adorable.Catherine Zeta Jones for elegance...But my over all pick goes to Selma Hayek .She is so...well I'd better stop there. As far as the guys go,aren't most of them really attractive dudes?It's hard for me to pick one over another,kinda like asking an 8 year old which muscle car is cooler,the camaro,or the mustang.But if If I had to pick I'd go with...George Clooney,because I used to date his niece...and the little kid says "I like the red one"

Read your sig... "what is it?" -Epic Just kiddin',it will all workout somehow.Don't stress...with age comes change.It's part of that weird cycle that tosses us,but brings clearity.

Life tends to do that to people.Change and grow for the best...not for the worst.Don't worry just let the clock tick as you think nothing of the such and end up finding that perfect girl,if you already have a girl...she's not for you.If she was you'd be posting nice,happy stuff.Maybe you should consider a selective change.
