  1. Hit him where it hurts if you have to, low stomach shots, kidney punches. Although be careful, you could do some serious damage.
  2. I used to do pushups of my fingers, not my hands. I would arch my hands if you get me? Some people do them on their fists. I typically do them with my hands in a traingle shape below my face like /_\ directly blow my neck/face area. Much harder than standard pushups.
  3. I'll start of by quoting a post I posted on a much different forum. Basically, i'll be looking into starting martial arts soon so I am not looking to gain too much strength from weight training, and I am actually thinking about stopping it. It would of been useful to me when I was doing Muay Thai perhaps, but I wish to change style when I start again to something like akido, jeet kune do, jujitsu or something similar. So mainly im quite interested in gaining a faster reaction time, and also become more agile and faster. My flexibility may be a problem since I am not very, any advice on how to work with that would be greatly appretiated. I didn't really notice it when doing Muay Thai since with knee attacks and elbows etc, I never really needed flexibility and needed to be fairly solid. Alot of questions and for that I apologise. I would just like to say that I am new here and will be visiting regularly
