Hello! Now that I have moved to Hawaii, this dojo that I train in now, known as Japan International Karate Center, they emphasize alot of stretching. So now whenever I am bored, I am always stretching, and I realize now, how much that really does improve your techniques and stances! I am mostly working on legs alot, so my stances can be deeper, wider and have greater kicks. Does your Dojo emphasize alot of stretching, and if you do it in your free time, what kind of stretching do you do? Im just curious, because I am sure there are plenty of other stretches out there besides the ones I have been using for 7 years.
