  1. Ok you are gravely mistaken, obviously you have learnt nothing about shaolin, nobody who knows shaolin classifies wu shu as shaolin, wu shu is mainly for show and acrobatics, shaolin is not only acrobatic and lots of endurance, it focuses its ephasis on a lot of conditioning, gate theory, triangle theory circular theory, when i say conditiong i dont mean push ups and crunches I mean, smacking your arms with a wooden stick so the next time u block someones kick it canes them and doesnt hurt your arms, same as shins and so on, it is very technical, and has an answer for any combative questions you could come up with, traditional authentic shaolin, grasps concepts and theories of every modern martial art is there, Karate, basics, Tae Kwon do, the long kicks are considered northern techniques, wing chun, hapkido the worlds greatest martial arts can trace thioer lineage back to shaolin, they take what they like and turn it into thir own style cos it suits them ultimately shaolin u could say teaches u everything, the monks are so well conditoned, fast and technical u wudnt be good enough to lick thier boots.

Scond question how would I heal quicker bruises, aches and so on without using aany chinese medicine, or tablets, massages?, eating the right foods? drinking the right stuff? Thanks.
