  1. is there anyway of increasing the power of chi, like make it where you can feel the static that surrounds your body when you practice it, feel a lot stronger, mabe even be able to see it. And how do u measure your power level, i have hurd of many ways, but i think of lot of them were wrong. ex. age x weight x height etc, i dont think it has anything to do with age or height.
  2. well what always works for me, is doing weight that is 75% of your max, which means some weight you can barely do 3 sets of 10. I believe it increases both speed and power.
  3. damn thats hella pushups, how did u ever end up doing 500 pushups, like what did u do to increase by so much
  4. I marked over 200 but i dont like to brag about it, because then i get a lot of *. i dont like doing more then that often because it hurts way to bad
  5. i mean by endurance as in i can take more hits or i can work out for a while and endure the pain in sore muscles, etc. i mean as in stanima i dont have it when i run full speed, or punch for a long period of time i think there both the same though
  6. I was wondering if doing an excessive amount of pushups is good for your body and good for raising punching power and speed. I do an excessive amount mabe once every week or every 2 weeks at one time without stopping and my body looks like i just got out of a swimming pool from all the sweat dripping down my body. I also can barley raise my arms, i am hella thirsty afterwards, my shoulders, chest, and triceps are really red, and the next day i am badly sore.
  7. IM not exactly sure which style of Martial Arts i should go in to.Im 17 5'6 140lbs. A friend of mine told me to look into Muay Thai because i hav a high amount of strength and speed, but im not sure still cuz i wanna check more to see which style would fit me the best, i dont like any martial arts with weapons, i hate weapons. And if it was a martial art where i had to take a lot of hits, i wouldnt mind, cuz usually i can take hits pretty good. I work out a lot, i hav i endurance, strength, speed, agility, but i believe i lack stamina. Im not sure what else im suppose to say, for someone to figure out what style best fits me, if theres any questions i would be happy to answer.
  8. Im 5'6 140lbs, definitely athletic, im upper body and lower body have a lot of strength and both are really ripped
