  5. Have a situp contest with a friend i do that sometimes and i always win because i never give up even though after one of them i found out my oponnet cheated i did 450 and he only did like 50 but he said he did more.

  7. I have heard of beating my shins with glass bottles filled with sand your supposed to hold it about 2in away and tap hard is this true? I heard thailand boxers do this some times.

  9. I did a spinning kick and hit somone in the face and they almost cried it knocked them down but it was with my weak leg so it didnt hurt him much but it still knocked him down

  11. I need to get a daily exercise like endurence one day and strength another and all that stuff all i have to work with is focus mitts and a small kicking pad and wieght set so can u help me plz? Also what times should i do them?
  12. I am motavated by thinking what all i can do with that much flexibility i could kick and hit some one way taller than me in the face. Number 3 is just like what you use except i use a couch and lay and watch tv not a stretching rack
  13. i recently had the same rpob but no bruise i stubbed mine on the ground and it dissconected my nail from the bottom part that hold it in place and that was a long time ago and sometimes it starts to bleed for no reason
  14. You have simply over worked your legs you need to know when to stop you should tell your instructor next time you shouldnt work your self that hard.
  15. You need alot of protien it gives you energy and helps repair and build muscle.
  16. That happened to me with my first muay thai class my instrutor said its normal and your just getting used to new pressure and that kinda stuff.

I have got the best stretching routine 1: Get in the splits postion and go down as far as u can then hold it for like 5min. 2: Do the butterfly stretch and have someone stand on each knee and slowy lower to your max point REMEMBER NO PAIN NO GAIN stay there for 5min when your about to quit then have them jump off. 3: Finally you find a couch then put your legs at the bottom edges and pull forward so your legs get stretched out and do that for 5min and on the last min pull as far as u possibly can. PLZ throw in some of your own stretches with this for more progress but with this i have advanced like about 2in in 2 days im not kidding
  18. Throw kicks and punches at candles until you blow 1 out with a punch or a kick but dont touch it.
  19. I crack my back and my knuckles and my knuckels are like rocks but thats good because my hits hurt alot more but with my back it just is a relief for my back after i crack it
  20. I am trying to get to where i can do the splits as soon as possible i have been doing all the normal stretches but they dont seem to work can someone put a list and daily stretches i should do and whens the best time to do them. Thanks in advanced for any advice
  21. How's that if u use alot of fakes they do catch on but there's a good side to that when you follow threw with something and there expecting a fake then you got them
