Just signed up and figured i'd say howdy! I'm a Cho Dan Bo in Tang Soo Do out of Niagara Falls, NY. Just moved down here to Waldorf, MD and I'm trying to find a similiar program down hear with no success so far! Anyway, seems like ya'll have a nice site and I look forward to reading it. Travis

for fun i like a jump spinning back kick but for practicality a well placed twist kick or a diagonal kick almost never fails me.
