  1. i wont get my black belt for another 2 years maybe more and atm im 16
  2. once a girl in my las cried while training .. we later found out she had a chipped elbow

  4. lol nah i wouldnt ever use it in a street fight ..lol but i gots my self doin 360 round house and 360 cresents now .. sweet next for 540s then some even better
  5. same as above but less ranting everyweek i spar one guy beat me without fail .. but everyweek i jump in that ring trying my best to make less mistakes and take in his attacks and why im being attacked now its all just fun and its great being beate up ...beating people up (never too much mind) but its fun MAs are fun !!
  6. hmm fairly new to this but : weight in left leg, push onto right while right backhanding the face, followed by a left slap/claw, weight in right legs push onto left while left back handing face, followed by right upper cut to either jaw or body not hugely complicated butit messes thier guard up and confuses them i suppose you could put kicks into there too...but im only new
  7. havent cried (yet) but when im really tired i just focus A LOT on the thing im doing so far its worked but as for mind over matter i dunno
  8. erm smoe kind of circuit training my be good .. and if u cnt do full sit ups just do them s far as u can .. thats the only way i can think of to strengthen ur stomach ... or you could go into ur MA school and ask them for a reigeme
  9. i try to stretch twice a day but donteven know wot these hindu things are
  10. idd if u try your hardest u'll benefit .. ppl in my classes dont always try .. after every lesson i ache all over whereas they say 'im fine' just do your best and push your slef (but not too far;))
  11. my kung fu is really hard work .. that would get u in shape
