  1. I have started warming up for about 5 to 10 minutes before each class. I mostly do some streching and practice my stances. This seems to help a lot.
  2. I am 32 years old. Which probably adds to my aches and pains. But after 4 or 5 classes I am feeling a little less pain. Now it is just a matter of working on my coordination and balance.
  3. I am taking PaSaRyu. Which is taught by Grand Master Kang Rhee.
  4. I am new to this forum and to Karate. My daughter has been taking lessons since January and she has convinced me to join her. I have attended 3 classes and I love it. However I am discovering muscles that I never knew that I had. My legs and my shoulders are Really stiff and I am hoping that it goes away. Well I look forward to asking my questions and getting some good advice from those who are more experienced. Thanks! Mr. Phoenix Memphis, TN
