Push ups, shadow boxing (Although I think that is more to do with endurace) and I think sit ups might help your chest.

With every flame that dies another will take it's place. Life is like a tourch, when the batterys go out you know your ****ed. I have more but I don't remember them.

Well Enigma don't do chants, they do little singing parts kinda. They are good to meditate to.

I would like to mention my beliefs. You see I believe that all life gets replaced, one flame dies another relights in its place. I myself used to be terrified of death, but it was more of the fear of the unknown, I didn't know how I was going to die or what would happen to me, I still don't know what is going to happen but I'm no longer scared. Because I know that if my life goes another will take it's place.

I got Bloodloss from myself, I just came up with it one day and it stuck, kinda like my other one Teh fluffy Thingy.

Yeah so um I knew, first of all I would like to say that I don't have much luck with Forums and such don't know why, I just don't. My name is Ben Leach I'm 17 (18 in July), I like anything to do with Martial Arts and Swords, heck I want to be a swordsmith eventually. I havn't actually studied any martial arts as of yet (Well except for Judo which lasted about a Month) but I am looking for any places in my area which teach any type. I like listening to music (Mainly rock and Alternative), reading, messing about on my PC, playing BoF4 on my PS2, taking long walks though the woods and thinking. I have also tried to make my own fighting style and it went pretty well, I dunno what happened I guess I kinda just stopped. Anyway enough about me for now. Howdy.

Um thanks I think. Maybe I should just move to America or Norway, seems to be plenty of schools around there which teach it

Because I want to be able to protect my friend's and family.
