hmm... interesting... well, the thing is, i'm really not trying to get big at all. i'm trying to get small right now, lose some fat. It's just doing the low carb diet that I'm doing, when I do workout, I feel so tired and after a few days, i just need to quit because my body feels so sore... so that's why i wanted to know what's up with the carbs, and if they're relaly that bad for you. and if not, what carbs are good for you?
