  1. I know well that squats/deadlifts/etc. are an effective way of training the legs, but I'm not in a position where I can train with weights at the moment. Currently I'm just doing a calisthenics routine consiting of mostly dips, push ups, chins/pullups, and various ab work. I can't think of an effective method of training my lower half, however. Some things come to mind such as one legged squats or even stances for an extended period? I'm not sure which would be most effective, though. Please help out with anythings that have worked for you.
