I just started karate and I'm totally focused on taking it to another level.  But. my 9-5 job then straight to the gym or karate classes is wearing me out.  Can anyone out there recommend anything for power and soreness?  I used to take Weider Megabolics for lifting and bball but I feel like the karate is giving me a different kind of sore.  Am I just being a wuss?  Thanks for help.
